Clashes continue between Syria rebels and regime army in Damascus

Damascus, Syria- The regime forces targeted on Saturday morning al-Tadamon district in Damascus with mortar shells, stationed in its headquarters in the intersection of Nisrin Street. Fighters of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) fired back similarly. No casualties were reported.

Clashes broke out between the regime forces and the FSA in the districts of al-Qadam, al-Asali and Jouber in the capital Damascus as the pro-regime army war trying to progress in these districts.

In clashes with the regime forces at the entrance of the city of Harasta in the suburb of Damascus, a number of FSA fighters were reportedly injured, and were then transferred to nearby field hospitals amidst artillery shelling fired by regime forces stationed in the Army Vehicle Directorate in the city of Harasta. 

Meanwhile, a Syrian army air strike hit the town of Mleiha in the east Ghouta in the countryside of Damascus amid clashes with FSA fighters around the Department of Air Defense.
